31. Pleasantly surprised!

    I ordered these to wear for my personal training sessions, I am not using them all the time but everytime I go workout. Typically I take of my hearing aids for a workout. But since I actually need to hear the instructions I needed something! By chance when googling ideas I came across these. I recieved them quickly and they are very comfortable. I can't leave them on outside of my workout because it moves the tube just enough on my ear to make it rub (my ears are sensitive to the placement of the tube). I will likely order another set to have in the future. I would highly recommend these! And will probably wear them in other circumstances that I don't want my hearing aids fully exposed.

    The Hearing Aid Sweat Bands I purchased were great. I live in a hot area (Texas) and they have prevented the hearing aids from shorting due to perspiration. I just wish I had found these 5 years ago. I will definitely buy more

    Have used them for decades now. I sweat profusely in summer or during exercise. These little beauties have saved me a fortune in repairs due to sweat damage.

    I would suggest that anyone who is active and wears hearing aids buy hearing aid sweatbands. In the past I have shorted out my hearing aids due to the sweat while I exercise. I have never had this problem since I started using the sweatbands. The amount of moisture that they absorb is amazing. My only complaint is that they are a bit expensive, but when you consider the cost of replacing hearing aids, they are worth it.

    Protecting your HA investment is paramount! This is something I learned through reading a lot of forums on HA's and from the forums I found this protection.
    
    New to HAs, I discovered evidence moisture on the inside part of the battery door when I would open it after a days long of wearing. I realized it was moisture radiating off of my ear, literally, and finding its way up into the battery compartment to be trapped. I was a bit surprised because I had been doing nothing that would cause me to sweat. However, not too surprised: Your skin still gives off plenty of moisture even when doing nothing. I purchase these Sweat Bands and put them to the test.
    
    Guess what? First day's use, no evidence of moisture inside the battery door whatsoever. It worked and I was quite delighted with that discovery alone. The sweat bands captured and prevented it from happening ever since. I realized that this is a necessary and very simple thing to employ for the protection HA's from moisture and dust as well. I now use them 100% of the time. Do get and use them....

36. Eliminates band changing

    Used this several years ago and came back because current hearing aids have a sound band change feature on the top of the aid. If I get warm and only sweat slightly, the aid starts changing sound levels on its own. Using this to try to eliminate the problem. So far, so good.

    I don't sweat alot, but bought these for wind noise when bicycling. They cut the noise significantly. I can't comment on sweat absorption, they were nice and dry when I removed them. I found them difficult to put on as they as really small and hard to open up the elastic drawstring in order to slip the aid in. Once in, however, they stay put and were comfortable. Because they add a little more bulk to the aid, I had a little more interference with my sports glasses temple.

    These sweat bands do a very good job oF protecting hearing aids from damage due to moisture. They are easy to clean, and withstand repeated washings without any deterioration. I would recommend them to anyone to avoid expensive repairs due to any moisture.

    My husband uses this product when playing shuffle board and it saved his hearing aids a lot of problems. We did have an issue with the elastic breaking after a month of use. We sent it back to Scott who is replacing it.
